1 TECHNICIANS: THE DAVID SAINSBURY GALLERY Step into a world of STEM careers in our free, interactive gallery exploring the vital role of technicians. Recreating the workplaces of technicians across multiple sectors – including health science, creative arts and renewable energy – students will get hands-on with exhibits that introduce technical roles across almost every kind of industry. 2 CAREERS UNCOVERED Join a free, 60-minute Careers Uncovered session in our STEM careers gallery and meet technicians working for top organisations. Through hands-on activities and Q&A sessions, students will take part in activities independently and discover careers that make a real difference. 3 SPACE See iconic spacecraft and out-of-this-world objects in our exciting new free gallery. Discover inspiring stories of human achievement in space travel and see the spacesuit worn by Helen Sharman, the first Briton in space, as well as a 3 billion-year-old piece of the moon. 4 MANAGE YOUR BOOKING ONLINE With our online group booking system, teachers can check availability, plan an itinerary and book a visit. You’ll just need the date of your visit, the number of adults and children in your group, their age range and any specific requirements.
