Essential career skills Rise brings together employers of all sizes across the UK, with the aim of improving social mobility by building students’ confidence in, and appreciation of their own skills. Delivered by expert facilitators, and supported by volunteers from partnered employers, Rise, in partnership with The Talent Foundry, offers free workshops to students at schools in areas of low social mobility UK-wide. These skills workshops link the KS3 and KS4 curriculum to the Skills Builder framework, and are designed to raise young people’s career aspirations.
