Shine Interventions AMT from Hachette Learning 1 FOCUS ON INDIVIDUAL LEARNERS’ NEEDS Informed by your Access Mathematics Tests (AMT) results, Shine Interventions: AMT reports on the individual results of your cohort’s learners and flags if an individual learner needs a targeted intervention in a particular learning strand. This empowers you to save resources and provide support only where a learner needs it. If a learner is benchmarking at the expected level in multiplication, but performing below expectations in ratio, you can opt to focus your energies on dealing with the specific strand that’s presenting issues. 2 TRACK PROGRESS OVER TIME At the end of each learning strand, administer a strand-specific Progress Quiz to identify where your learners are progressing and where they need additional support.
