3 Growing aspirations Rise brings together employers of all sizes across the UK with the aim of improving social mobility, by building students’ confidence and appreciation of their own skills. Delivered by expert facilitators and supported by volunteers from partnered employers, Rise, in partnership with The Talent Foundry, offers free workshops to students at schools in areas of low social mobility across the UK.
