Kingswood’s trained bushcraft instructors will lead students through a wide range of survival skills, such as shelter building, fire lighting, and cooking a meal outdoors. While students summon the courage to step off the platform and whizz through the air, their classmates offer encouragement and cheer them on. Ziplining gives kids a valuable experience of risk-taking in a safe, supported environment. 11:00am | Obstacle challenge This series of problem-solving tasks encourages children to hear each other’s ideas, communicate effectively, and build trust as they work towards a common goal. To ensure kids are always reaching their full potential, Kingswood’s highly trained instructors are great at adapting the course to suit a group’s ability. 1:30pm | Jacob’s ladder This is where trust and teamwork truly win the game. Groups of 2–3 climbers navigate their way up a giant high-ropes 7:00pm | Campfire Is there a more quintessential camping experience than sitting around a fire, toasting marshmallows, and singing songs? This is a great way for both pupils and teachers to unwind and reflect on their full day of activities. 9:00pm | Bedtime Pupils head to bed for a good night’s sleep before another day of adventure!
